Our Group Terms

Old Time Reunion would like to create an incredible experience at a discounted rate for your group of 30 or more. Here's what we expect from our planners:

• One person must make reservations for the group and pay group expenses
• $100 deposit for the group 30 days before arrival or upon booking
• Final group count is due 48 hours prior to arrival
• Let us know of any special arrangements to best satisfy your group! We are excited to consider every request!

We provide: Reserved parking and complimentary tour and meal for the driver and guide with the group's purchase of tours and buffet meal services.
